You'll train on our customized pilates inspired reformer machines, all set to carefully curated playlists. All classes are held in English (German is also spoken for when you need it!). We keep it intimate with a maximum of 10 participants, ensuring you get focused attention while riding that collective energy to truly level up. Let's get spicy.

S2 Signature targets full-body strength, stability, and muscular endurance using our signature Slow Resistance Training approach.
