Overview
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the StudioTwo website and mobile applications (“Site”), your participation in fitness classes, or your purchase of any products or services (“Products” or “Services”).
1.2. By accessing or using the Site, attending classes, or purchasing any Services or Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1.3. You should read these Conditions carefully before using this Website or purchasing any Products or Services from us.
1.4. We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time.

Definitions
2.1 “StudioTwo”, “S2”, “we”, “us” refers to the trade name of StudioTwo GmbH.
2.2 “Member”, “you”, “your” means any person who has completed the registration process online or signed a waiver in the Studio or booking app.
2.3 “Services” includes fitness classes and all services offered at our Studios or through the Site.
2.4 “Products” means any merchandise sold via the Site or in our Studios.
2.5 “Site” refers to www.studio-two.ch and any successor sites.
Eligibility
3.1. You must be aged 18 years or over to attend any of our Classes or to use any of our facilities at the Studio. If you are under 18, you must have have written parental/guardian consent. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
3.2. By joining a class, Members confirm they are in good health and medically fit to participate.
3.3. Members are responsible for informing StudioTwo of any medical conditions or injuries.
3.4. Postpartum training is permitted only after obtaining a doctor’s approval.
3.5. Our instructors are not medical professionals. We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before starting any exercise program.
3.6. Classes can be tailored to suit individual needs, but participation is at the client’s own risk.
3.7. StudioTwo reserves the right to refuse service based on medical concerns or other reasonable grounds.

Booking & Attendance
4.1. All classes must be prepaid and are subject to availability.
4.2. Bookings can be made via our Site or mobile app.
4.3. Clients must have a valid session credit, package, or membership to book a class. When you book a class, one class will be deducted from your account.
4.4. Members may cancel a regular class booking up to 8 hours before the class and receive the class back in your account. If you cancel your class in less than 8 hours you will be charged a class from your account.
4.5. No-shows (failing to attend without canceling) will result in a loss of a class credit.
4.6. We make every effort to ensure that there are a suitable number of classes available at different times of the day. However, classes are subject to availability and we do not guarantee that spaces will be available in any given class, even if you have sufficient classes in your account.
4.7. If we cancel a class, your Class will be returned to your account and you will be notified.Waitlist
5.1. If the class you wish to attend is fully booked, you may choose an alternative class with remaining spaces. Alternatively, you may join a waitlist for the fully booked class.
5.2. Waitlists are processed automatically up to 12 hours before the class.
5.3. If a spot opens, Members will be automatically added in order of registration and notified by email or push notification.
5.4. If a spot opens less than 12 hours before class time, no automatic enrollment occurs, but Members on the waitlist will be notified and can book on a first-come, first-served basis.
5.5. If you join the waitlist and a place on the fully booked class does not become available, you will not be charged and your credit will be returned to your account.Studio Conduct
6.1. You agree to arrive on time to our classes, handle the studio and our studio property with care, and not disrupt the class or attendees of the class.
6.2. StudioTwo reserves the right to refuse you access to the studio and suspend or terminate your use of the services if we reasonably consider that your conduct is damaging to our reputation, is in breach of these conditions, or would otherwise be in the interests of other users of the studios or participants in our classes, without refund.New Client and Arrival Regulations
7.1. New clients need to arrive 15 minutes before the class begins. For safety reasons, we cannot accept new clients who arrive later than 5 minutes before the class begins. The class will start on time, and it is not possible to grant access to late attendees.Customer Responsibility
8.1. You agree to provide accurate health and contact information when using StudioTwo’s services.
8.2. You agree to follow StudioTwo’s safety guidelines and instructions during activities. StudioTwo is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance.Payment
9.1. Class prices and packages are listed on our Site and are subject to change.
9.2. Payments for services must be made at the time of booking or in advance for memberships.
9.3. We accept payments in Swiss Francs (CHF) via credit card or other methods specified on the StudioTwo Website.
9.4. In case of late payment, the customer is obliged to pay default interest of 5% per annum. If the customer is more than one month in arrears with payment, StudioTwo reserves the right not to provide any services until full payment is made.
9.5. All payments are non-refundable, except in limited cases (e.g., documented medical reasons or errors attributed to StudioTwo).
9.6. Extensions to package validity may be granted for illness or injury upon submission of a medical certificate.Liability Disclaimer
10.1. StudioTwo is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the use of its facilities or services unless caused by gross negligence.
10.2. By participating in StudioTwo classes, events, and activities, Members understand that there can be risks involved, including minor injuries such as strains, soreness, or, in rare cases, more serious injuries. You acknowledge that you are responsible for my own safety and will notify StudioTwo staff immediately if you observe any safety hazards during my participation. Consult your physician if you have concerns about your ability to safely engage in our services.
10.3. You agree not to sue Boostd, its employees, or instructors for injuries sustained during participation.
10.4. Members agree to follow all safety protocols implemented by StudioTwo to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others. You understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in being denied access to classes and facilities.
10.5. StudioTwo is not responsible for unavailable instructors, sessions, or equipment.
10.6. StudioTwo may change schedules or instructors at its discretion without compensation.
10.7. By participating in classes or events, you grant StudioTwo permission to use any photos, videos, or recordings taken of you for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, you must inform the instructor or staff in advance.Goods
11.1. All goods purchased from StudioTwo are final Sale and are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.Updates
12.1. StudioTwo may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
