  • You'll find our studio on the ground floor at Pfingstweidstrasse 60, 8005 Zurich, easily accessible by public transport with the nearest tram stops Technopark or Förrlibuck (trams 4, 8, and 17), and a quick 7-minute walk from Hardbrücke train station.

The main entrance to the studio is either from Pfingstweidstrasse or Förrlibuckstrasse (Pfingstweidstrasse 60b).

  • If you plan on coming by car, here are a few convenient parking garages located nearby:

    • Westpark: Pfingstweidstrasse 60

    • Parking P West: Förrlibuckstrasse 151

    • Puls 5 Parkgarage: Giessereistrasse 18

Please take note of the opening hours.

  • While both use a Reformer-style machine, Slow Resistance Training (SRT) and reformer Pilates are very different. Slow Resistance Training is a high-intensity, low-impact method that uses spring based tension to focus on muscular endurance and pushing muscles to fatigue. The slow, controlled movements are designed to maximize that tension and build strength, while fast transitions between exercises keep your heart rate up and the intensity high. In contrast, whilst reformer Pilates is also a great exercise, it is a less intense workout that primarily focuses on core stability, precision, and alignment, rather than pushing muscles to fatigue for strength-building.

  • Ready to book a class? You can do it right here on our website or on the StudioTwo App. To get started, first create your account and buy credits, then you're ready to book your favorite classes. 1 Credit = 1 Class.

Our schedule will be released on a monthly basis so you can plan ahead.

  • Yes, you can bring a guest, provided you have purchased a Credit Pack. Note that Monthly Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only.

If you are using a Credit Pack, you have two options to bring one guest:

    1. Use the "Add a Guest" Function: When booking, select the option to "Add a Guest" and input their details.

      • Please note: You can only use the "Add a Guest" feature once per unique person. After their first visit as your guest, they will need to create their own account and purchase their own credits for future bookings.

    2. Book Yourself In Twice: Alternatively, you can simply book yourself into the class twice using your own account.

In both cases, two credits will be deducted from your Credit Pack.

  • Yes, Credit Packs are shareable, but Monthly Memberships/Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only.

Sharing Credits for Long-Term Use (Adding a Booker):
If you would like to share your Credit Pack with a partner or family member so they can use your account to also book classes for themselves, please contact us directly. We will help you set up the account access.

  • We're excited to have you! To ensure you have the best experience, please arrive 15 minutes before your first class. This gives your trainer enough time to introduce you to our machine, walk you through the method, and get you comfortable before the real fun begins.

For your safety and to ensure you get a proper introduction, we cannot admit first-timers who arrive less than 5 minutes before class. We promise it’s worth it!

A quick note on footwear: Grip socks are required for your workout. Don't worry if you don't have any, you can purchase them at our studio.

  • Come as you are. Just bring your A-game, workout gear, a water bottle, and a pair of grip socks. You can leave the rest of your personal belongings in the lockers.

  • We’re glad you asked. That extra grip is everything. They provide perfect traction on both our machines and the studio floor, so you can maintain stability and control with every movement. This ensures you can perform each exercise correctly and effectively, without any slips. And of course, there's hygiene! They keep our equipment fresh and your feet clean, which is a win-win for everyone.

  • Absolutely! Our classes are for anyone and everyone. Whether you are brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete, our instructors provide step-by-step guidance, clear demonstrations, and help you with modifications for every level. We recommend starting with our S2 Foundation class to build a solid base and get to know our method.

  • To ensure we can provide proper modifications for your safety and your baby's, please notify our team about your pregnancy in advance and before booking a class.

Important Safety Prerequisite: For the safety of both mother and baby, we can only accommodate clients who have previous experience with Slow Resistance Training (SRT) or similar methods before pregnancy. If you are new to this style of training, we ask that you wait until after giving birth to begin your practice.

During the first trimester, most exercises can be done with minor modifications. From the second trimester onward, we recommend lowering the intensity and suggest attending our S2 Foundation classes, where instructors can more easily guide you. For your safety and your baby's, we ask clients to stop participating in classes no later than four weeks before their due date.

Please remember to consult your physician before engaging in any post-pregnancy activity. Typically, doctors advise waiting at least 8 weeks after vaginal birth and 10–12 weeks after a C-section. Be gentle with your body and take your time easing back into a workout routine.

  • We're here to support you, not push you past your limits. Before you join us, we recommend checking with your doctor or physiotherapist. Once you have their go-ahead, please arrive a few minutes early to chat with your instructor about any concerns you have. Our instructors are trained to offer safe and empowering modifications so you can move with confidence and continue to get stronger, smarter, and more in tune with your body.

  • At StudioTwo, our classes are taught in English. You’ll always find someone on-site who speaks both languages to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.

  • The short answer? It's up to you! How often you attend depends on your fitness level, lifestyle, and goals. The great thing about our method is that you can come as often as you want—even every day, since the targeted muscle fibers don't need extensive recovery time, allowing you to train more frequently. However, if you're new to the method, we highly recommend taking a rest day or two to allow your body to adjust. To get the best results, we suggest aiming for at least 2-3 classes per week.

  • Yes, we offer private sessions. Please contact us via email at info@studio-two.com, and we'll be happy to find a time that works for you.

  • We've got a busy schedule, and so do you. To respect the time and safety of everyone in class, we have a firm late policy.

    • First-timers: As per our new client policy, we require you to arrive 15 minutes before your class to get properly set up on the machine. For your safety, we cannot admit first-timers who arrive less than 5 minutes before the start of class.

    • Returning members: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. We start and end on time, and joining a class in progress is disruptive to the group and is not safe for you.

  • Life happens, and we get it. To avoid losing your class credit, you can cancel your reserved spot up to 8 hours before the class begins. You can easily cancel through your BSport profile or through our StudioTwo app. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class or if you do not attend will result in a forfeited credit from your package. You can easily cancel your reservation through your account on our website or via the app. We do not accept cancellations via email.

  • All class package and membership purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer monetary refunds for classes. However, we do have a cancellation policy that allows you to keep your class credit if you cancel in time.

  • Yes! Our studio is fully stocked with everything you need to freshen up after class. We have a single-stall shower, towels, dry shampoo, deodorant, and a hairdryer.

  • We welcome clients aged 18 and over to our classes. For our younger community members, we are happy to have teenagers aged 16 and up join us, provided they are accompanied by a parent who is also attending the class. It’s important to us to create a safe and supported environment for everyone.

  • We have a growing network of corporate partners, and your company might already be one of them! If you'd like to check or get a partnership started, just send us an email.

  • Yes! We would love to help you plan a unique event, whether it's for a team-building session, a birthday party, a bachelorette, or any other special occasion. Our studio is the perfect place for a memorable and impactful celebration. Get in touch with us at info@studio-two.com to get started!

  • If you're sick or injured, please send us a doctor's note, and we'll pause your package until you're ready to get back to class.
